I was so looking forward to Quinn's story after book 1 and it was worth the wait! He and Bennett were just perfect for each other. Bennett, just coming off an emotionally abusive relationship, was really struggling with his self-esteem, his sexuality, and trust. Quinn was still adjusting to life after his accident. They both were the best friend they each needed--to offer support, love and understanding. Watching their friendship evolve from friends to lovers was great. Both of their challenges were handled so well. They talked about things, they took it slow, they planned when they needed to...it was really sweet and touching. I also really liked the detail that was given to how Quinn functioned in various areas of his life with his spinal injury and being in a wheelchair. He and Bennett talked about all his needs and they did what they needed to be together. Overall this was a sweet, low-angst, feel good book.It was also great to visit with Jace, Ryan, Lux and the Rebel Mechanic men again. I hope there are more stories to come from this bunch! Definitely liked Trust Me more than Tame Me, in part because the characters are older but also I really enjoyed the dynamic between Quinn and Bennett. They are both so sweet in their love and support for each other. Lovely amount of acceptance and affection between them.
